Snps, Heterozygous Snps And Ld Info For Genes

I need to find all the information possible about genes and their known SNPs, heterozygous SNPS and if possible Linkage Disequilibrium information. What is the best resource, database, website to access this kind of information?

For the LD info, have a look at hapmap.

If you are looking at LD information/plots, I would recommend to take a look at Haploview. It integrates the HapMap data to generate/visualize the LD plots.
