Linkage Disequilibrium calculation
Hi! I want to compute linkage disequilibrium r^2 value between two SNPs. One of them is only in hg38 genome assembly, but not in previous assembly versions. The most popular tools don't have information about this SNP and it is not possible to liftover its coordinates to previous genome assembly releases. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.
