to choose a significant region within a sequence
Greetings,
I would like to ask, if I want to select a region that contains specific characteristic within my sequence of interest. the first features of the sequence is operon region that covers entire sequence and consist of the specific region that I want to find and the next features is the list of CDS which also contain the specific part that I want it. the question is should I take the operon region or the CDS region only?
