Varscan2 double pileups
Hi,
somatic [normal pileup] [tumor pileup] or [normal-tumor mpileup]
I wanted to use the somatic command on VarScan2 but my pileups are arranged differently, they are double pileups with [tumor-normal], and no [normal-tumor]. What do you think is the best workaround for this?
