Hi,

I want to mark a list of bacterial species on the 'classical' tree of life (let's say by writing their names in a different color/stars next to them/ etc...). Does anyone know a good tool that gets as an input a list of organisms and as an output draws the tree of life (or more specifically of bacteria) with the names highlighted?
