Figure Out Minor And Major Alleles And Maf From Impute2 Output
Hello,
What software/program are you using to extract the minor and major alleles and MAF from IMPUTE2 output?
I have the main output file (dosage format) and a corresponding info file for each chunk of each chromosome but can't seem to find a tool that will give the things I need.
chr1chunk1 chr1chunk1info ...... ... chr22chunk11 chr22chunk11info
