Dear user, Did anyone find duplicated SNP position in the output file of IMPUTE2. I use IMPUTE 2 output file and use the dosage data to run the association analysis and find that many imputed SNP are replicated but have different P-values and other indexes even after I filter of info score and expect minor allele frequency? Does anyone meet this situation and how do you handle this? Thank you in advance
