Dear user, I use the imputed variant from Impute2 to do genetic association in SNPtest with the method is expected and frequentist is 2 ( dominant). The P-value is 5.7962 e-06 but all_OR is 0.79807 and the CI 99 is: 0.49-1.28 while the hom_OR is 0.02 and CI: 0.0005 -1.18. Could you share the experience? Has anyone experienced this situation before? Thank you
