Does not i need to select the range of accession numbers like for example KR711802.1:AF228520.1[accn] ? Don't i need to write in this way in the search box to download all the 553 items in case of CNGA3 for example? @genomax2
Data Retrival from GenBank
When I go to NCBI & Select nucleotide option there and in search box write For Example CNGA3 gene the page shows that there are 553 items.I know the method of downloading or retrieving the One item's or record's FASTA format but "if I have to download the FASTA Format of all the 553 items simultaneously without opening each link then what options should I use?" If you know it then please help me.

Go to the top of the page. Click on the drop down button next to "Summary" --> Choose "Fasta". That should show all records. Then choose "Send to" at the end of that line --> Choose "File" --> Click "Create file".

I am new to this forum & really need help regarding this. Please pay attention to my Question also.
when I follow the method or options that you have told me every time I download this way downloading Failed occurs. Complete downloading of sequence in FASTA Format does not occur. I have tried it many times. :(
This may be a problem with your connection to NCBI site being slow (I see that you are in Pakistan) and/or there may be some local restrictions (firewall rules) that are preventing you from completing the download. Have you tried to do the download from a different location/ISP?
No, I will try it now.
