Promoter - Transcription factor binding energy calculator
Hi,
I need some help regarding some online servers or software available to find binding energy between promoter of the gene (nucleotide sequence) and transcription factor.how much binding energy is there if transcription factor binds to wild type promoter and how much binding energy is there if transcription factor binds to promoter (nucleotide seq) with some mutations in it....

There is a server of Rosetta (Baker lab) for computing the protein-DNA interaction energy for solved structures. However, as they state they only allow mutations on the protein but it might be a good starting point.
