Is there sex specific recombination data from the HapMap project?
I am looking at the recombination data the HapMap project makes available. I noticed that despite the fact that recombination occurs more frequently in females, the only data releases available that I can find do not break the data down by sex. Is it possible to get recombination data broken down by sex?
