Hi,

I'm interested in performing a GWAS with some of the HapMap phase II and III samples and I'm wondering if anyone has made publicly available the HapMap release 27 or 28 data (combined phase I, II and III datasets) with missing genotypes imputed using one of the common imputations programs?

I know I could do this myself but just thought somebody might be aware of this having been made available to save me the trouble?
