Hello, I am looking for a large simulated 16S rRNA dataset. Just wondering if anyone has one that they would be willing to share or knows where to look for this type of information. Thank you!

You do not say if you want a full length or limited to some particular region. Here you will find some, but I do not know if they are large enough for you.
Grinder has a really extensive manual, with lots of command-line examples, and it has even a JoVE paper. It may be easier to simulate the data yourself than finding one.
