rRNA Removal (Plant)
Hi All,
Has anyone used Ribo-Zero rRNA Removal Kit (Plant) to remove rRNA from plant samples? Is that important and essential for RNAseq? This kit requires no less than 100ng of total RNA. However, I can only get less than 10ng of total RNA.
