Anyone knows if COSMIC mutations include SNPs?

Yes. You can download COSMIC variants in VCF format (coding and non coding) from here:http://cancer.sanger.ac.uk/cosmic/download

For example, the BRCA1 variant chr17_41197784_G>A has rs ID (rs41293465) and COSMIC ID (COSM78883).
