I am new to Bioinformatics and I am doing de novo assembly with Pacbio

I have assembled a sequence which seems to be streptomyces.

I would like to know if this genome is finished or not so I would like to find Telomere motif on this assembled sequence.

Is there any good way to finding a telomere motif?

I have been reading papers about streptomyces telomeres but this wasn't that helpful.
