Best VCF file validator
What is currently the best vcf validator program available?
Something like Picard ValidateSamFile but than for vcf files?
It would especially also be nice to have the option just like with Picard ValidateSamFile to ignore some errors (because of vcf decomposition / conversion to allelic primitives that might break some part of the spec).
