Best tool to create a graphical (QC) summary report based on a VCF file?
What are currently some good tools to create a graphical quality control summary report (html or preferably PDF) on top of a VCF file?
I am looking for something like what Qualimap is for BAM files, but then for VCF files.
BCFTools plot-vcfstats can create PDF QC reports but doesn't have all the plots that I am looking for. Are there some other good VCF QC tools that provide html or PDF reports statistics and plots?
