regarding domain visualization

Hello all,

I have to illustrate domain in proteins based on their position in protein with different colours.

Many tool are available like expasy prosite my domain or illustrator for biological sequence, but these tools deal with only one sequence at a time and since I have a large sets of sequence these tools are not appropriate for me.

So does anyone have an idea on which tool I could use? Or html can help if I have knowledge of the total size of protein and their domain size and position.

Sir,

Like I have a protein of 1000 amino acid which I want to indicate as a dash line

In this protein PH domain is found between 150 to 250, and hd are found at 500 to 560. I want to label these domain with different shape or colour. Is it possible? And how can I do this?

Yes sir I have used this tool, but this tool deal one sequence at a time. And one can position and labelled the domain one by one.

I want to do for multiple sequences at the same time
