Extract domain sequence from whole protein sequence
I performed a search for conserved domains in a group of proteins of interest using InterProScan. Now, i know which proteins have that domain, but i want to know if it is possible to extract only the domain sequence from each protein who has the domain (not the whole sequence of the protein). Does anyone know how to do that?

Please post example sequences and the effort you made so far.
default output of interproscan also reports a begin and end of the match, that you can use to extract the specific region of the protein searched.
