Change output name for ADMIXTURE analysis
I had a quick question about ADMIXTURE.
I trying to run replicate analyses of the same bed file at the same values of K, but I don't want each analysis to overwrite the previous. Is there anyway to specify the output name for the P and Q files?

I've run into the same problem. The answer is no. However, you can write a quick bash script to re-name the files.
I've run into the same problem! It is very annoying when I run multiple jobs on cluster and I just notice it today.
