Tools or method to convert SAGE to gene names..
Dear All,
I would like to have some information about tools/methods to find out the genes related to sequence tags.
I mean I have a list of sequence tags and I need to find the related gene names/symbols. All I have is sequence tags, counts and TPM(tags per million) information.

How Can Multiple Sage Tags Map To The Same Gene?
Or you do it using BLAST which will be more efficient way. But you have to do something to avoid multiple gene match for single tag.
