Network Component Analysis (Nca) Implementation?

Hi biostar community,

I'm looking for a software implementation of the Network Component Analysis (NCA) method proposed here:

I ran across a 2008 java implementation, but it looks like the project is dead:

Hoping someone can recommend a good implementation.

Hi Tim,

There is a matlab implementation for NCA. A more updated(2007) version can be found here.

There are 2 papers on this topic that explain NCA, just in case:

  1. Network component analysis: Reconstruction of regulatory signals in biological systems
  2. Network Component Analysis (NCA) by Falko Krause
