Hi!

I am searching for the MATLAB (or any other programming language) code for Network Component Analysis, proposed in the following paper: Liao et al., (2003) "Network component analysis: Reconstruction of regulatory signals in biological systems", PNAS, 100 (26)

I came across the following link in another paper: http://www.ee.ucla.edu/~riccardo/NCA/nca.html

However, upon clicking, I am being shown "Page not found"

Network Component Analysis has been used in many other papers (for example: Ling et al., (2013) "Transcriptome response to alkane biofuels in Saccharomyces cerevisiae: identification of efflux pumps involved in alkane tolerance", Biotechnol Biofuels, 6). But I am unable to find the code used for the implementation of Network Component Analysis.

Any help would be deeply appreciated.
