When I use XHMM to analyze CNV,I found this error,do not know how to adjust?

Hi all,

When I use XHMM, one step is to use PCA, however I got this error:

ERROR: Unable to read header line from input stream

I do not know why?

Probably because your input stream doesn't have a header. What is the command you used?

The command I used is:

./xhmm --PCA -r test1.txt --PCAfiles DATA.RD_PCA

and test1.txt looks like:

Matrix  22:16448825-16449023
HG00096  135.49500000
