Protein Feature Ontology List Of Terms Needed

Anyone know where I can find a complete list of Protein Feature Ontology terms? I want the feature terms listed in an indent hierarchy that is completey expanded so all of the terms are showing.

What protein features are you thinking of here? Beta sheet, loop, etc? If about functionality, the Gene Ontology will got you far probably.

Search for your ontology in the bioportal: http://bioportal.bioontology.org/ . The ontologies are displayed using a tree.

Have you checked Protein Feature Ontology terms using Ontology Lookup Service maintained by EBI.
