how to view movie from gromacs .xtc and .gro and .pdb with My PC is getting hang whenever i upload large files in visualization software

how to view movie from gromacs .xtc and .gro and .pdb files (Files i have) ? My PC is getting hang if large files were uploaded in vmd or anyother software and make software to close by itself . Is there any other option to generate movie from gromacs data via external web server.?

Please do give some suggestions.
