"Error: intron hint is too short" and "error in addgene "

Dear All,

After I run Augustus gene prediction tool, I checked gene prediction output file and saw the error "Error: intron hint is too short", and I checked .gff file and saw "error in add gene ". Do you have any idea why I got these errors and how to fix ?

OK. I have solved these two problems, and I am writing here in case someone else may have the same problems. I have used AUGUSTUS 2.5.5 version previously, then I have used AUGUSTUS 3.1 version and the problem has been solved.

Dear Mehmet,

I'm using AUGUSTUS 3.2.3, I also get this information: "Error: intron hint is too short" but no "error in add gene". I figure maybe I can just ignore it, do you think that's OK?
