Hi, May I know what is the algorithm and database used by SWISS-MODEL ?. I mean the algorithm and database used for each three type of mode which are automated mode, alignment mode and project mode. And, according to swiss-model article, the model building of swiss-model is based on ProdMod-II or MODELLER. Then, may I ask if the model building of swiss-model is based on MODELLER, then don't it same with the model built by "MODELLER Program"? I mean under the condition of using MODELLER and SWISS-MODEL. if I used swiss-model to build my model, then I should not use MODELLER again to build my model as they are same if they use same algorithm?
