How to deposit a theoritical protein model in PMDB

i am newer in Bioinformatics. i am interested in theoritical protein modeling and i have learned protein modeling by MODELLER 9v14 (basic mode). Now i want to deposit my protein model in PMDB (protein model database). but when i am trying to deposit in PMDB it always showing "non-proteic moietry is present in your model".So, how can i remove this problem from my protrein model. can anybody help me to remove this error.
