Off topic:Illumina read simulator with insert size distribution and PCR duplicates?

Is there a software simulator of Illumina data that would include:

1. Simulation of a give insert size distribution

2. Simulation of PCR duplicates

I have been googling for it, and found EAGLE, wgsim and a few others, but I haven't found one that explicitly allows to fix the number of starting fragments or the percent PCR duplicates and generate a bam file.

Any ideas?
