no genes annotated to GO IDs

hello guys,

i did network analysis but no genes annotated with my produced GO IDs, even one gene symbole i could not fine and all p-value are nearly 1...how possible???what i did wrong? i normalized 96 arrays with RMAExpress but goanalyzer can't fine any gene annotated to GO IDs...
