cytoscape plugins don't accept my indentifier
hello there,
i am using bingo plugin in cytoscape but totally rejects my uploaded network or pasted gene with error about identifier...i have to do annotation for my genes, even probsets id i use or gene symbole i get error...what can i do please?? :(

you better use Agrigo if you working with probsets and specially with plants, hope this help!!!
