A large drug applied microarray dataset (Human)
I am looking for some micro-array data set like used by Connectivity MAP; human cancer cell lines and different drugs applied to them. Preferably data submitted in NCBI GEO.
By searching GEO I have found some data but for individual drugs not for a collection of drugs, which I ma looking for.
