Can anyone suggest me the genes that causing skin allergy in human?

Please suggest me the 2 genes that responsible in causing skin allergy in human.

Thank you.

gene

1TCH and ScR2T3H?

Human gene names shouldn't start with a number, but 1TCH looks like a PDB accession, and corresponds to a neurotoxin, so I think you're on the right track that this is a skin allergy response protein. I can't find information on the ScR2T family member 3H gene model, but the related ScR4-tch domain of the MCP gene has also been implicated in renal failure. Good finds Ram ;)

Try to read those as English words in l33t speak rather than IDs...

Devon, karl actually took it even a step further!

Ya, thank you very much.

I'm currently proposing a research on comparative gene analysis of skin gene that present in human. This question is based on my research. Thank you

If this post were based on your research, it (the post) wouldn't exist.

I don't know much about skin allergy genes, but I recognize a burn when I see one ;D
