I have a list of proteins and I want to check whether they belong to a common protein assembly or not. What are the available tools for this purpose?

Are referring to this one? anyway. I am not familiar with it so cannot advise you on that, sorry :/ maybe you should post a new question, asking for help with that specific tool.
