Map genome NCBI accesssion numbers to Ensembl genome scaffolds
Hello,
I have a list of NCBI accession numbers ("KB632434", "KB632435" , etc), and I'd like to map them to the alpaca genome scaffolds (VicPac1) obtained from Ensembl (GeneScaffold_3360, GeneScaffold_1131, etc) using biomaRt. Is there any tool to do that? Thanks in advance
