Missing Kegg Pathway Diagram for Prostaglandin E1

Hello All,

I'm looking for the KEGG pathway(s) related to the metabolite Prostglandin E1, its KEGG ID being C04741.

The following link takes you to the metabolite page, However there is no link to its correponding KEGG Pathway , unlike other metabolites.

Can anyone point me to the metabolic map for Prostaglandin E1

I don't think the pathway is missing. I think it more likely that Prostglandin E1 has not been added/annotated to a pathway yet. KEGG is very conservative when adding new information to pathways.

You mean prostaglandin E receptor 1? I think that there isn't only the pathway limited to prostaglandin however try with this links :
