Repeatedly running Tagger provides different results
Hi all,
I want to choose tag SNPs for a given gene with Haploview (data from 1000genomes project).
If I repeatedly run the tagger algorithm on exactly the same data, different results are calculated.
How is it possible to choose my tagSNP under the condition of constantly changing results?
