I am new in plink and gcta. With simulated data, I need to construct polygenic score and then test its predictive accuracy. I do not know how to simulate a training sample to estimate the betas, and I don't know either how to simulate a prediction dataset to test for the accuracy of my polygenic score.

Can someone help me?
