Gene Expression Atlas
Hi,
I want to access the Gene Expression Atlas via API or parsing the web. The previous API is not longer available (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/gxa/help/AtlasApis), I couldn't find any resource to access or parse the web.
Do you known any other tool to download/access the data? Or there is any other work?

Did you try the AtlasRDF package at bioconductor? It's working for me.
