I'm starting a project to examine NK cell alloreactivity. I found this tool for KIR ligand mismatch https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ipd/kir/ligand.html, but it requires manual entry.

I'm fairly new to the HLA informatics space and I'd really like to automate this analysis couldn't find any API or bioinformatics tool available. Wrote to EBI support but I'd appreciate suggestions on this problem. Thank you!
