Does 1000 genomes provide sequenced genomes in the form of fastq or fq with base pair length >= 70 and >= 30 coverage? Thanks!

Yes. You can check this spreadsheet which contains almost all of the information that you will need.

Thanks! How do I tell what coverage each entry is though? I see a column that says "% Targets Covered to 20x or greater" in the Final Phase sheet but is there additional information?

What kind of additional information you need? You can find more information in the sequence.index file. However, for the coverage part, this is the only information I found so far.
