TCGA clinical data analysis
Hi
We are trying to build K-M plots for melanomas. We downloaded the TCGA clinical files and used the three data sets: Vital status, Days to last follow-up(if alive) and days to death (if dead). In certain cases, we find that the patient is alive but the days to last follow-up has "[completed]". What does this mean?
How exactly do I include these cases in the K-M plot?
