Indel Database for download

Hello,

I am looking for DB that can be download and have the data on indels and if its frameshift/non frameshift. similar to what is done by ANNOVAR.

You could start with 1000genomes, EXaC, NHLBI ESP VCFs and then run Annovar on one or more of those?

I actually thought of something similar to dbNSFP but for short indels.

Giving it a second thought I suppose such database does not exist since there are infinity indels possibilities.
