Life Technologies MethylMiner sequencing on Solid 5500 - Analysis Pipelin

Hello,

I need to analyse methylation sequencing data done with the MethylMiner Enrichment Kit (no bisulfite conversion) and sequenced on Solid 5500.

Does anyone know a pipeline to analyse these data, and if possible using only freely available software.

Most of the software I found are analysing bisulfite treated dna, but it's not my case.
