About Sciclone cluster's color
Hi~
According to the results (picture) of the Sciclone, different color represents different cluster. But I'm confused that whether different color just be used for distinguishing different cluster or not. Is there any other function of the color? For example, is the color connected with VAF or confidence level?

In the default plotting, the color is only representative of the cluster membership.
