Efficiency of human or mouse iPS cells to muscle or liver cells

I have been asked to find out for my lab how high the efficiency of transformation from ES cells or iPS cells to muscle cells are and what references there are. We want a high efficiency for an RNA-seq experiment and want to keep contamination from ES cells low. I have found this great one for neurons but I want to find what is out there and works for muscles and liver.
