Microarrays and XML
helooo
Microarray data are stored into excel files.I know only a bit of XML, but my real problem is to find microarray data excel files.I need to find how these data are transformed into XML (or MAGE-ML).Basically i need to find examples.Google isn't really very helpful.
Any help pleaze???

ArrayExpress and NCBI GEO are both excellent resources for finding gene expression data. These data are not in "Excel" format, but they are available as tabular data.
