Hi All:

I am running miRDeep2.pl but found the resulting signature.arf is empty.

(my miRDeep2 fails to generate any useful results and I think this may be the reason)

I have provided the program with mirbase mature sequence fasta and precursors fasta.

Could you help figure out what's wrong with my work ?
